Y3 trip to Crowden Brook

3D and 3B recently took a trip to Crowden Brook as part of their geography work on rivers. They investigated the source and tributaries and used maths skills to measure depth, temperature and current.

The children also found a variety of insects in the water. They examined these and used science skills to classify them.
